Nighthawk Canteen Products for Pre-order 2025

Pre-orders close on Sunday night, 3rd August 2025, at 10pm. Not all products are available for pre-order. 
Pre-orders will need to be paid for by Tuesday, 5th August 2025, by 5pm. Details are included with your order receipt.

After this time, this will show as a catalog of items that will be available for sale at the canteen over the weekend.

How does this work?

1. Place your order for the different food and/or novelty items available for pre-sale. (Please use a known working email address during the checkout process)
2. Pay the amount during the checkout process. (We are using Square to process our online orders) This is mandatory for individual or orders under $150.
3. Scout groups and large orders ($150+) can choose to pay into the supplied Bank Account by the due date. (The sooner you pay, the earlier we can get things ready)
4. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the cancellation of your order.
5. Novelties will be packaged together ready for pickup anytime from midday on the Saturday of Nighthawk from the canteen. (Please have your order number and Scout group used for confirmation)
6. Dinners will be served on a first come, first served basis between 3:30pm and 8:00pm on the Saturday night. As you don't find out when your team is going out on course till you arrive at Nighthawk, we don't have a set time. Please allow at least an hour before going out on course to collect your meals, as there may be a wait. If you are one of the later teams to leave, please consider having your dinner a little later to help ease congestion at the canteen around the 5-7pm time. (Please have your order number and Scout group used for confirmation)
7. Breakfast will be served on a first come, first served basis between 6:00am and 8:00am on the Sunday morning. (Please have your order number and Scout group used for confirmation)
